We are just back from a quick and fun two days and one night ski trip into the Pioneer Yurt with a long time local ski group. While the snow conditions were not perfect, pretty tours in the alpine basins surrounding the yurt and the comraderie of yurt life made for a great time!
It’s always great to see the photos folks send to us from their yurt trips, they are always full of smiles, hugs, arms in the air reaching toward the heavens, and the vibe emanating from the images is nothing but pure bliss! Here are a few from a late December guided trip up at the Pioneer Yurt…

The annual Pioneer woodcut happened last week in perfect conditions. Snow for 5 days straight, little wind and an awesome team made for an amazing couple of days. Big trees were dropped, big saws were spinning, big muscles moved bigger logs, big powder lines were skied, big fires were lit and BIG FUN was had by all!
